Contact – We invite you to contact Safari Collection for detailed information about our travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and the unique experiences we offer across southern and eastern Africa.

Travel plan / Itinerary and price proposal – Once you’ve reached out to Safari Collection and expressed your interest in travelling, we will prepare and send you a tailored travel package, complete itinerary, and a detailed price proposal.

Flight and transport – We are happy to assist you with booking your flights. Simply reach out to us, and we will provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and convenient booking process.

Alternatively, you may choose to book your own flights online, allowing you greater flexibility to select your departure city and preferred travel times.

For ground transport, we can assist with booking a rental car, giving you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your own pace. Alternatively, if you prefer arranged transport between destinations, we are happy to coordinate and book these services for you.

Deposit – If you approve the proposed itinerary and pricing, a deposit of 10% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. Please note that certain accommodations and safari packages may require a deposit of 20%–50% of the total price to secure the reservation. This will be communicated to you in advance, prior to booking.

Final payment – The final payment must be made to Safari Collection approximately 30 days before your departure date. For peak travel seasons, such as December and January, earlier final payments may be required. Any such requirements will be communicated to you in advance.

Final Details – All final information about your trip will be provided to you approximately two weeks prior to your departure date.

Travel Terms & Conditions

Safari Collection Booking Terms and Conditions:

Payments via Safari Collection AB
Safari Collection requires a deposit of 10% of the total package price to secure your booking.

The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that some accommodations, safari tours, and activity packages may require a higher deposit, especially during peak seasons. This deposit typically ranges from 20% to 50% of the total price. Full details will be provided before the booking is made.

Bookings are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

All payments are processed through Safari Collection’s Swedish bank account, as stated in attached PDF invoices, which are sent electronically. The conversion from ZAR/USD/EUR to SEK is based on the exchange rate on the payment date. The final payment is due approximately 30 days prior to departure. For peak travel seasons, such as December/January, earlier final payments may be required. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate. A 3% bank currency surcharge is applied during invoicing. Safari Collection accepts payment by card; contact us for further details.

Cancellation Policy

The travel package includes accommodation, safari experiences, transport, tours/activities, and concierge services.

Safari Collection reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees for confirmed bookings:

• More than 31 days before the first travel date: The deposit will be forfeited.
• 30 days or less before the first travel date: 100% of the total package cost.

For cancellations of accommodations, safari tours, or activities that required a higher deposit to secure the booking, refunds will be calculated based on the local exchange rate on the cancellation date. However, refunds will not exceed the amount paid to Safari Collection.

An administrative fee to cover bank charges may apply in the event of a cancellation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
